placed an order and now the live chat wont pop up so i cant chat about my money

I used to order here all the time But the waiting time got worse and worse And now im totally done with them Yesterday (sunday) i did an order with ideal I paid, money got taken from my bank as usual(110 euro), but no confirmation email, live support said order was pending, few hours later the order got cancelled, didnt get my money back yet,

Been waiting 30 minutes already in livechat with queue position: 1. i dont know what takes so long but i feel like i'm scammed. its like they just dont want to help you lol i dont recommend this site

Called me a fraudster with no reason, showen hem my ID didnt get my order. Now hes saying that he has refunded my order but does not want to show a screenshot. If I do not update my review i have been scammed. (500M 07 order)

Did not receive my ordered GP, and got accused of scamming them because they said I did receive GP while I have definite proof that the trader declined their trade. Never order here, never dealt with such a unprofessional "company".
