I used to order here all the time But the waiting time got worse and worse And now im totally done with them Yesterday (sunday) i did an order with ideal I paid, money got taken from my bank as usual(110 euro), but no confirmation email, live support said order was pending, few hours later the order got cancelled, didnt get my money back yet,

Been waiting 30 minutes already in livechat with queue position: 1. i dont know what takes so long but i feel like i'm scammed. its like they just dont want to help you lol i dont recommend this site
