Got the gold at least
Service was awful but i got my gold. None of the support chat was responsive until i purchased gold. They dont seem to care about helping you until you make a purchase

used to be better
there used to be a 24/7 chat. but there isn't anything left of it. nobody is online.

Didn't work with me
Was taking a long time to get the order done, still hasn't completed it. Limited communication, you'll be lucky to even get a response out of them. Shady.
