RS ChronoReviews of rschrono.com

Their giveaways are completely fake and the did not given a single watch in giveaway it just an marketing gimic

Had previously rated this five stars, Jan '24, as the original watch didn't work on receipt, this was quickly rectified with a replacement. Six months later, June '24, the second hand has fallen off this replacement, service shocking, despite claiming to have two year warranty on their website and Instagram and twelve month warranty paperwork included within packaging against defects, I would absolutely have thought that the second hand falling off was a defect, this company basically wash their hands after 30 days and take no responsibility. They reply to all emails quoting the same 30 day warranty despite having provided their warranty advertising and paperwork which they included. I would not recommend this company to anyone, the warranty is quite literally not worth the paper it's written on!! AVOID AVOID AVOID your money will be wasted here!!! Saw their videos few days back. When they said if your comment don't gets a like for 48 hour, you'll get a watch for free. But they didn't gave me one watch my comment wasn't liked for 5 days. I have the proof.

Ordered a watch but the watch never came! Ive sent many emails which they respond to by saying that it has been delivered and after that they just leave you hanging! Customer support couldn’t be any worse and I havent received my watch either!

I am updating my review so all potential customers chose to shop elsewhere. While it looks like Tom has so kindly replied to my review, nothing has been shipped and after sending him my phone number which he already had, they will continue to ignore me. This company is a scam and I have made the request with my credit card company to go after RS Chrono. In a time when people are struggling, the least a company can do is reply to its customers or cancel orders they can’t fulfill. Please don’t support companies like this that break kids hearts for Christmas. Hi Tom. I see you reply to negative reviews but not to your customers emails. I have sent multiple inquiring as to when you will ship my order since you charged my credit card on December 1st. I wish I had read the reviews first that when you place an order this vendor just disappears. I’ve contacted my credit card company who will go after the company on January 2nd if the item hasn’t shipped. This was for Christmas for my son so I’ve had to have the conversation that you can totally get scammed online. Let’s see if Tom replies to this review.

All the reviews over here are fake, they send messages to people on Instagram and request them to write a positive review on their trustpilot page promising them a 40% discount. They messaged me too, once I wrote a review they just ignored. I have screenshots of their messages but unfortunately cannot attach them in trustpilot.

I ordered in the month of June, 2023. Thereafter the package couldn’t be delivered and since then I have written so many emails asking them for refund but they never replied. Worst customer service, do not buy from them.

It's a pure fraud company, they send messages and emails to customers to give a positive feedback on Justdial promising a 40% discount and once they get the review they dont reply, all the positive reviews you see here are fraud reviews.
