Very bad people they come across as they will throw you in a soon as you question them. Stay away from them. The MD don't understand the law and trys to sound clever 🙄 but only with a shovle.

THIS COMPANY HAS EMPLOYEES THAT ARE OUT TO CHEAT SENIOR CITIZENS Our experience with this company and their employee Emily Frieg was horrible. They were part of the managed repair program with Citizen's insurance and were contracted to replace our kitchen and living areas due to a flood. We met with her the first time and all she could tell us was her ongoing problems and being stressed out with her work assignments. We decided to do some additional work at our expense with her and Rapid Response and then had to wait almost two months for any estimates for these change orders. First example of her dishonesty was when she called us on a Friday afternoon and said that her crew was ready to tear out our floors on Monday morning. We said wait you haven't even told us how much you are going to charge. Her answer was $5000 and they would be there Monday morning. We had already been quoted $2700 from another company so we of course told her NO! We then met with her flooring contractors and they quoted us $2100 for the same job. After two months when we received the change orders her prices to paint our ceilings was almost $6000. Again we had already been quoted almost half that amount by another contractor. We told her no to the painting at that price and she then told us that they had already started painting and if we did not pay her prices she would halt the entire job even the insurance portion which they had already been paid half for by the insurance company. I was contacted during the repair process once by their "customer service department" who I reluctantly relayed my problems with and was assured that a member of management would contact me and they never did. I also truly believe that my complaints further delayed the completion of this project as it was completed over a month and a half after the promised date.

The Rapid Response Team (Jesus, Carlos, Jacob, Adam and the rest of the staff) did a great job on the mold remediation in our house. They were very quick to respond to our initial request, and were able to get started right away. The whole team was very professional and did a great job with the remediation. They handled everything including arranging the final mold clearance sampling. Since our insurance won't cover the damage, they were very respectful of watching costs and discussing everything with us during the process. I would absolutely use them again!

After a broken pipe flooded 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms, RRT was out quickly to dry out the affected areas. Once the insurance had approved the claim, Adam came out and went over everything with me. He listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything going forward. He called often to check the progress and make sure I was happy with what was going on. Marlon, the project manager, and his crew were great. They were respectful of my property and very polite. They did an excellent job with the painting and laying floors throughout my house. I would definitely use them again.

Due to toilet running over for a couple of hours, I had major water damage in both bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways. RRT was recommended and I hired them for the remediation. Jacob was the tech that handled the remediation and he was great! Once carpets were dry enough, he moved all furniture in the bedrooms to a pod I had rented. Tore up all the carpeting, and necessary drywall. He has been very professional and has gone above and beyond. I am very pleased with all the staff at RRT and recommend them if you need this type of work completed.

Jesus was great - explained everything carelfully and was very patient answering my many questions.

I had an amazing experience with this company. They were extremely thorough throughout a two week process on my house. While they were going through the Teardown process, their team lead, Jesus, called me daily with updates and let me know when he was going to the property and when he was leaving. I really appreciate the work they did and the transparency throughout. I wouldn’t hire any other company in South Florida!
