Royalty Hero is a complete guide how to build Amazon KDP busines. It's amazing.
Royalty Hero is an amazing course and platform. I came with certain expectations and not only did I get what I was looking for, but much more. It is a complete guide on how to create an Amazon KDP business, very well and simply explained with a complete step-by-step manual, including all the know-how and tools. Sean has done a great chunk of work over the last few years, has tons of experience and tools and he's offering it on a silver platter. It's fascinating and amazing what he shares, and it's a great gift that we don't have to go through all that ourselves over several years, but can learn from him, from his know-how and experience. Great beginners course on KDP
This course is a must to all beginner's publishers. It is a great guideline to learn how KDP works. I have been following Sean on many youtube postings and the information provided is always very useful. Great mentor!

Update after much discussion with Royalty Hero
I gave Sean and company a one star rating because their course, in part, got my Amazon Account unjustly terminated. The course became useless for me. I requested full refund, and did not receive refund nor answer. A bit livid, I gave a bad review. Sean answered. I disagreed with many of his assertions. Eventually, a man named Jordan spoke directly with me and we worked out the refund. I won't bore you with anymore of the details, except to say that I was very, very sad the course did not work out for me and instead hurt my book selling terribly. I had around 30 books on Amazon. Now I have zero, partially from my own mistake, but also partially from Royalty Hero lessons.
Sean is not responsible for how ridiculous and calloused KDP is, even after 4 appeals, so I settled for a three star review. I've uploaded some of my books on other indie booksellers, but getting virtually zero sales, even after half a year. I'm moving into other ways of advertising and producing my books besides Royalty Hero.

Our refund policy has been clearly outlined from the beginning: if you take action and publish one book but still aren’t satisfied, we’ll honor a refund. In your case, it appears there wasn’t much effort made to go through the program or engage with your coach.
That said, we do occasionally make exceptions and issue refunds—even outside the standard policy—because we’re not in the business of taking money from those we can’t genuinely help. However, in your situation, you didn’t reach out to us to request a refund or express any concerns. Instead, you went directly to your credit card company to dispute the charge, claiming you hadn’t received a refund—despite not having asked for one.
When a dispute is filed, we’re required to provide documentation to the payment processor. After reviewing our evidence, the credit card company ruled in our favor and determined that the dispute was invalid.
Had you gone through the program, or at least reached out to us before filing the dispute, we absolutely would have been open to working with you. It’s unfortunate that things went this route, and now there’s a 1-star review as a result.
That said, we’re still committed to resolving this in good faith. Our Head of Operations will be reaching out to you via email to see if we can find a positive resolution.

Best Publishing Course!

Excellent program
Sean´s lessons are really clear and practical. He gives options to do things by yourself or hire someone to do it for you. So it is really interesting because you can try whatever you feel confortable or have the skills to do by yourself, and if not you can outsource some parts of you publication. Both are covered in the program.
