Been trying to call the last 4 days and nobody is picking up the phones. Found out why they were not answering the phones. They called back.

The young lady I spoke to was very polite and courteous. I appreciate her effort and trying to help me resolve this last account. I hope the negotiators and the manager of the negotiator doesn't drop the ball any longer than it has been. It is going on 10 months since my contract was up we are approaching one year I would like for this final account to be settled.

It's the first time I've called…
It's the first time I've called regarding a review on the status of my account so there really wasn't much to talk about since it's still early in the process but the person I talked with was very helpful and courteous. I'll reserve the 5 stars for the next call when there is more to discuss.
