Honestly, I was pretty stressed about landing at Schiphol and dealing with the new EES kiosks, but booking Royal Airport Concierge was the best decision ever. My greeter was such a lifesaver; she was waiting for me right as I got off the plane and walked me through the whole kiosk process. Plus, having help with my bags and getting me straight to my ride made the whole arrival to Amsterdam much easier.

What an easy experience. I usually try to wing it at airports, but honestly, CDG with my wife and 2 kids is a different beast. I booked Royal Airport Concierge for our connection and it was the best money I spent on the whole trip. Our guide met us right off the plane and navigated us through the terminal. I had an incredible experience with Royal Airport Concierge on my first trip to the UK. The booking process was surprisingly fast, which I really appreciated since I was on a tight schedule. Once I landed, they were already there, and the greeter guided me through the airport (it was my first time travelling to the UK and Europe overall, and LHR was super intimidating to me, but they made everything easy). The immigration process was super quick. They saved me a lot of time and gave me comfort while experiencing this airport for the first time. I highly recommend their services to anyone!
