Super tight connection in BCN and with the new EES I figured I'd miss my flight for sure. Genuinely saved the dayst, made it to my gate with time to spare. Genuinely saved the day.

We used Royal Airport Concierge for our transit through the Amsterdam Airport/AMS and it was absolutely fantastic. We had a tight connection on to Berlin and decided with the current lines at European airports it would be beneficial to have the assistance. We got off the aircraft and there were people everywhere with lines 2 hours long to get through immigration and customs. Our transit took about 5 minutes with the assistance of Linda our wonderful Royal Airport Concierge representative. Worth every penny!

Heathrow is basically a maze, especially when you've got a tight connection coming up. Really glad we booked the concierge because it honestly made the difference between making our flight or not. The guy helping us knew every shortcut and was super professional about it. Four stars only because the airport itself is still a nightmare, but the service actually saved us.

First time in Tokyo and I'll admit, Haneda was pretty overwhelming at first, it's just so massive. We decided to book the arrival service and it was honestly the best call we made. The staff was incredibly kind (as you'd expect in Japan) and helped us with everything: heavy luggage, finding the exact train platform, you name it. It felt like having a local friend guide us through the whole thing. From start to finish, it was really exceptional.

Recommend to anyone going to Europe I used their departure service at Rome FCO. With the new EES requirements the airport quite busy, luckily the greeter made a big difference. He was super professional and kept us moving through the checkpoints. Great service!

If you’re flying into Barcelona, I highly recommend this service. I’d been hearing about the new Entry/Exit System and wasn't sure what to expect but my greeter was amazing. He stayed with me at the kiosk and made sure everything went through perfectly. Great option if you want a fast and easy arrival!
