This customer service is unresponsive…
This customer service is unresponsive and I'm waiting a unacceptable amount of time for a refund. Do not buy direct from them if at all.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I received a bracelet as a gift from a friend and the elastic started fraying very quickly. I contacted RA (who are incredibly slow at replying) and I was told I would have to send it to New York (I'm in the UK) and I would be charged to have it repaired, even though it was clearly faulty. Would never purchase from them again.
