Do not order! It took over a month to even show that my pack was shipped. When it gets to my local post office, it turns out Rowye didn’t put the unit number on the parcel so it was returned to sender. When I contacted Rowye, they told me it was my fault that I didn’t know my address and that I could either pay them more money to send it again or they could refund me minus the cost of shipping. I verified that the address they had was correct and after several rude, aggressive, and unhelpful emails (every response started with “NO this is your fault”) on their end I eventually just canceled the order. I’ll be disputing the charges with my bank because I don’t actually trust them to refund me.

Amazing quality and weight. Pretty much true to size, so if you want it to look like in the pictures, size up. I wanted a boxy, loose but not huge look and sticked to my true to size choice. I love it!

Do NOT order from this company. Shipment took a long time to arrive, which I didn’t mind. But the quality of the items are terrible. It’s thin and cheap and nothing like what you see on the website. They say they offer refund within 30 days, but they refuse to take the refund. You need for them to provide you the address for return, and it’s in Dubai. They offered me $35 compensation for a $200 order. And when you email their 24/7 customer service, it takes them over 3 days to respond. This company needs to be reported as a scam.

Love the products but the sizes were a bit off. Ordered larger than wanted to have a bit more slouchy sweater, but they ran smaller.

I love the clothing. Comfy and chic. Customer service via email was quick and helpful. I wanted to exchange the sizes on 2 sweaters and was told to keep the ones I ordered and just pay for the shipping for new order to be sent. Would definitely recommend this company 👍

I love this dress! The colors are vibrant and the quality of the fabric is nice and washed well. I was very hesitant to order, but glad that I did. The only negative is that it took almost a month to receive the item which is really ridiculous.
