Amazing customer service !! Shoes are BadA**!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed

I had to give 1 star as no option to do zero. Avoid this company they should be shut down as they breaching consumer credit act by refusing refund on return of items by using covid as an excuse. I spent $300 on shoes for my disabled mother and they wont even go on her foot so useless and requested to return for refund but they refuse what a joke

I had a sizing issue with a pair of shoes I bought and when I emailed them they responded right away, made sure I was taken care of with a brand new pair of sneakers at no cost to me and they let me keep the original pair I ordered as well! Amazing customer service. Love this brand!

What a crazy process I had. At first I was scared to order online especially sneakers. I did and I’m glad I did. I ordered wrong. Rovux was there every step for me. Although the delivery took some time (but Rovux did warn about it) my order arrived well, and the support team was great, since the size didn't fit perfectly they are sending another one my way ! Thank you very much !

My experience with this company has been exceptional so far. I purchased a pair of sneakers that was to big. Sent an email to customer service. Was instructed to send a picture of the size tag in the shoe, probably for verification purposes. Later that day I received an email the the exchange was being done and that I could keep the sneakers I was attempting to return. Thank you so much.
