Trust all the comments - this place is a SCAM. Ordered some shoes two months ago, still haven’t seen them. According to their ‘Yung Express’ carrier, it was attempted to be delivered but I had an insufficient address. When looking at my receipt, my address was spot on. No one contacted me to inform me of any issues. I asked for a refund because this was supposed to be apart of a birthday present THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO, but they said “we can’t do that.” What sketchy half assed company doesn’t offer refunds for orders that may never arrive???? Really wish I didn’t waste me money here.

I was very skeptical at first, seeing the shoes on an Instagram add I bought them as a bit of a muck around to see if they actually came. A week later they showed up and they are actually very comfy lol, big sized so they have growing room but yeh overall 8/10

This company is a total scam and should be avoided completely. I ordered two shoes, first shoe arrived in about 3 weeks, wrong size, second shoe never arrived. Contacted customer service, they claim both shoes arrived same day but that was not correct. They insisted both arrived, said someone may have stolen the second pair. I asked them to request the weight of the parcel delivered by USPS, then we would know if there were two shoes shipped... no response. Worst customer service possible and incredibly cheap shoe. You cannot find their location, shoes have no brand on them... the Rovux name isn’t anywhere on any materials. They refused to accept a return, would not refund for shoe never delivered. Avoid this company like they have COVID!!!!

Came really fast super cheap for the quality and fast responding emails

I have tried to complete an online order multiple times (more than 10 times). When I type in all my information the website kept telling me that my card was declined. That was bull crap because I had put money in the card before using it. This website is unreliable. Whoever is behind it just wants your money. Now I have -$70.00 in my bank account. DO NOT SHOP AT ROVUX FOOTWEAR!!!!

If i could give below 1 star I would, customer service is zero, which company would say they do not accept a return for a refund, shoe looks so fake when you receive them in real life, sent with a cheap nylon bag not even in a proper shoe box. These shoes should be sold at $20 or less with the quality. Shoes comes directly from China not America

Customer services (Horrible) seems like they have a tape recorder or a burglary that writes the same. Lousy delivery, I wait 3 months for delivery and when it fanally has to arrive they did not write the apt number, and they indicated that if the mail returns the package they will not refund my money. And all this answered by instagram.

The quality of this product was a joke. And the fit was way oversized. It also took over a month to get the shoes and they were crammed into a bag with no box. Avoid this company.
