Rovux is great. They have nice styles and good customer service. Their sizing are alittle off, but they make up for by sending a different size without having you return the size you originally got.

I ordered Rovux Shock half size smaller from my size 10 foot because I noticed the shoes look pretty wide. It arrived few weeks later and it turned out that it's still too big for me. I was kinda dissapointed since I have been waiting for this shoes for a while and it didn't fit, it was too long and wide. So I emailed Rovux and to my surprise they responded immediately and asked me to send photo of the size and packing slip and then they told me the next day that they are sending size 9 at no charge. What a great customer service. I wish they would say on their website that their sizing is 1 size bigger, so it doesn't get to waste because they told me that I do not need to return it. Overall...the shoes are so comfortable and beautiful. I love it!

Amazing service. I ordered shoes and they came on time (it takes a bit but it’s worth it), and they look amazing. They were a bit big in size. I connected their support team and they send me a new pair of shoes and said no need to return the other pair. All done in one day.
