They Sold me a used product and claimed it was new
They Sold me a used product and then when I called basically told me it was never used and that if it came dirty that I should just wash it. I wish I could add photos because its laughable that they are claiming it is new. Do NOT buy from here.

We strive to provide high quality parts and service, but sometimes the parts that we receive from our suppliers can arrive to us with some dust or dirt on them. From my understanding the part that you purchased was a genuine floor mat that came directly from Land Rover. We dont always have time to inspect each part, but we do inspect quite a few due to ongoing issues. As always if you are not 100% satisfied with the parts that you received you can certainly return them for a refund. We are happy to send you a label to get that back, or give you a partial refund to cover cleaning. Please feel free to reach out to our Sales Manager Zack so that he can help you resolve this.
