I love Rover, I always used them and I was never disappointed. I also used Wag but the app is not so user friendly. The only thing is that perhaps Rover should think of a system that would encourage staying in the platform and repeating bookings with the same sitter by progressively reducing their fees on both sides. At the end of the day once you found a sitter you like and you keep booking then, Rover doesn't really do a lot since you already know who to book.....hence they should give us some credit either via points or some discount on the fees

This was my first time using Rover, and boy, did it deliver! It was easy to use, connected us with the perfect dog sitter for the day. I will always recommend Rover to all my friends with pets!

Absolutely loved my first experience using Rover with a Sitter in Tampa close to my vacation destination. She had a passion for all animals as she helps at animal shelters and handles all needs for pets including home visits to give meds multiple times a day as well as offering sitting in her home. My LuLu was right at home as the sitter provided professionalism in communicating how she was doing along with a plan to introduce to other pets to ensure smooth transition. Loved the daily updates and pictures provided as well as concern for all pets.

I had a last-minute situation where I needed someone to care for my dog. Not only was the Rover app extremely helpful, we found someone who I can trust with my loving dog, Sox
