The reviews and knowing the people are background checked. The thought of the app is great but could use some help. I do not find it super user friendly but love the services!

Larissa responded and watched over my 4 Maltese dogs for a week. Everyday she sent pictures of my dogs and wrote how they were doing. Larissa did a great job. She also took the time to bathe and brush my dogs which she did not have to do. Larissa is kind and caring about her charges. I would not hesitate to ask for her again. Rover is doing a great job with their services.

It was relatively easy to find a sitter with excellent reviews and repeat clients, in addition to being geographically convenient.

The best thing about our experience was our sitter, Eldridge. Our cat Indi is a frisky one. We could not leave her with her 2 sisters because she provokes fights and we could not risk leaving them all together while we were on vacation. We were so pleased when we dropped Indi off because his house was so beautiful and clean. Indi ran under the sofa to hide out, but that is quite the normal thing for a cat to do. Eldridge sent pictures of her sitting on the sofa watching TV with him and his wife and also pictures of her eating and drinking. The pictures made it quite clear that she was very comfortable there. Eldridge communicated with us a lot. We never had to worry about Indi. If we could give him one hundred stars we would. We will be recommending him to friends and family.

Ease of booking a pet sitter who I can verify provided other clients a great experience. I found the perfect caring sitter for my dog. The site also makes communication easy.
