The app was easy to navigate and once we found a sitter the communication was good. The sitter met our needs.

Easy to navigate the site. Rover does the legwork vetting sitters and makes it easy to read verified reviews. Everything from the first meeting with our potential sitter to leaving our pup and picking him up 4 days later went very smoothly. And the sitter we selected was very responsive and communicative throughout our pup's stay, even sending us pictures so we knew he was OK. We'll use them again!

I have used Sheila to come take care of my cat several times now. As usual, I am very pleased with the way she interacts with Rusty and how much he likes her. While I was gone, my AC malfunctioned and she told me about it in time for me to arrange for it to be fixed thr next day. I appreciate that kind of attention.

Megan was amazing. She came to meet our dog a few days before we left to go out of town. She was very friendly, and really put us at ease. She sent us pictures every day. It truly was a very positive experience.

It was great! We had to travel and no one to look after our furry babies. So I went online and search Rover, I was happy to see that the option we were looking for was available, someone that could stop by twice a day to feed and walk our dogs. We did not want to have them created at a strange place and add that stress to us being away. Their caregivers were all rated and the reviews gave us confidence. Christie our sitter was amazing, she called us right away to answer any questions, came to meet us before we did the booking and took excellent care of our babies. She gave is details of each visit, their behavior, provided pictures and kept us updated at all times. Definitely will use Christie any time I can’t care for my babies and recommend the app to look for pet sitting services.

Easy to research the right sitter for our special needs cat. our sitter , Kristine went over what we expected when i had to call her on an issue that came up. I hope she will consider watching Tony again.

Our pet sitters were great! They lovingly cared for our little dog. They took pictures and sent updates during the time they were with my dog. They were on time and really friendly. I would highly recommend ROVER.
