Fairly easy booking service. Pups were well taken care of. Much less expensive and better experience than going to a kennel. Would definitely use again.

The only thing I would change is the time to return cancelation dollars. I had a sitter say she could sit out dog, accepted the request, then shortly after she said she wasn't available on the same day she said she was. Then I had another sitter who's dog was extremely hyper in which did not mesh with my dog (my dog ended up hitting the other several times (first time ever)) and that appointment was cancelled by the sitter. So, I had about $700 waiting in the que to be returned and still had to find another sitter which was another $400. Thank goodness I have it, however, it's not fun having money tied up. The sitter we found was absolutely amazing. I told her about our experience with the other dog and she was understanding. They ended up having a great time and she and her boyfriend just loved on our dog. 😊😊😊

I think Rover makes it convenient to search dog/house sitters. However, there needs to be more consistency in pricing. Seems like an overnight stay should include so many hrs and be the same price across the board. Also, once you hit the $40 mark, might as well board at a boarding place where they can play with other dogs and have 24 hr care.

Good so far. But maybe not only showing the availability of the dog sitter but if they have pets of their own, how many and size. As I have a small dog who is afraid of large dogs. So having to open every profile is very time consuming.
