Too many texts to book and confirm
Too many texts to book and confirm Cost of walking my two dogs shouldn’t be double. Should discount second dog.

First experience was good but my last…
First experience was good but my last one was not. My dog ended up getting appendicitis because she was given too many treats or people food while she was being boarded. Ended up spending $350 for test and when I tried to contact rover, they never responded to my ticket or emailed me back about what I should do or about the guarantee they say they have.

It and miss
It and miss. If you want your money back, Rover won't give it back to you even if you can prove the sitters weren't there for the full time. Most of the sitters are good but some even let their friend inside your apartment without permission and it was caught on camera. Rover does not really train the sitters of what's respectful and what's pushing boundaries.

The ROVER App is a little confusion for…
The ROVER App is a little confusion for booking walkers & the support personnel was a little vague when they tried to explain the ROVER app. I still don't know exactly how to book a walker over several days and being billed for the several days at ONE time.

Good Features, Expensive for Use
I love the features and the ability to find a sitter in a pinch or longterm, however, I do not like the amount that Rover charges both customers and sitters.

I hear from the sitters that payment is slow to them. If you wish to have my business in the future, you need to take care of this issue.
