My doggie got sick while in the care of a Rover member.

We love the dog sitter that we chose on the Rover app. The app itself is never updated. I have tried several times, unsuccessfully, to contact someone to identify why I cannot get into my Rover account. As a result we use texting and email to reach our past dog sitters

My sitter absent 90% of the time, she brought people in and out of my home,neglected my dogs,their schedule their water bowls had a film on them and that's due to not keeping them clean,I provided a sure way for her to enter,and exit my home,without a chance of my dogs getting out,but due to her having company I set and watched on ring my dog getting loose,I'm 1100 miles away and can't do anything she finally got him after about 30 min. She would be literally be texting me saying,their fine,and I'll be leaving to do some errands at around 3 while texting at noon and she's not even there. I'm not sure why she didn't notice cameras, or the fact I'd ask, why my dogs haven't been out in the backyard, but I would say"I haven't seen them out back all morning " I have cameras there too,and they have a fenced yard,and dogy door, she'd say they have been out,not true I have notice ring,anytime there's movement, sometimes she'd get home 4:30am. And I wouldn't see them out back until after noon. Very dishonest!! I was on a business trip,and during this time I had no backup to go over and take over I was stuck! If it'd been pleasure I'd been home in a N.Y minute! Don't hire this girl,she's very dishonest and unreliable

Rover skriver at de gør det nemt at melde sig ind som bruger og finde en hundepasser. Hundepasseren kan man godt finde men det er håbløs at få justeret sine oplysninger. Hjælp kan man ikke få da det er robot svar. Har forsøgt uden app og med app uden held

Rover la pire expérience. J'ai gardé un chien d'un propriétaire qui a tous saccagé chez moi, et c'était une usine à caca et pipi. MR est venu récupérer son chien avant la fin de la date. MR été odieux insultant, menaçant... et ceux, devant mon bébé, mon mari gendarme a du intervenir pour l'obliger à quitter mes lieux. Nous avons eu très peur. Rover ne veux pas dédommagé les dégâts causé par le chien. Et pourtant nous payons des frais de dossier!!! Et dans un commentaire us haut je lis que les frais de dossier couvrent ses dommage causé, et bien bravos les mensonge de mieux en mieux. J'ai adoré ces Année à m'occuper de chien et en prendre soins. Je n'ai eu que des très bon avis. Mais cette expérience pa coûté, et nous sommes pas protégé par le site. Qui balance que de belle paroles. J'ai plus de 300 a 400 euros partie en une nuit. Et à savoir que c'est au bon vouloir su propriétaire de faire marcher son assurance, et donc pour mon cas, j'ai toujours pas de nouvelle du propriétaire. Je pensais être protégé....

Virkelig en træls app. Vi er hundepasser og den mest besværlige app der findes til at booke og planlægge pasninger. Desværre har de lukket appen Gudog som ellers var perfekt til denne salgs

I trusted the reviews of the pet sitter I chose. Based on my security camera footage, she defrauded me by reporting visits as 30 minutes each when they actually ranged from only 10-20 minutes. My negative review of her has not been posted. How many other negative reviews has Rover hidden? How can I trust anything in their webpage if the true reviews aren’t posted? I’m not sure that I’ll ever use Rover again.
