Rover has saved me. Pet sitting a high energy pup and rover there to help. Couldn’t have done it without Rover. Just what I and pup needed. Help. Thank you Rover.

It’s a great app. I have one suggestion for the company, as a pet sitter, if I can set a min no. of days for boarding, that would be ideal!

My experience with the sitter was excellent! Although the Rover app is a little buggy and pricing can vary greatly. Tipping is suggested at the end of the booking but with 100% of booking costs going to the sitter after Rovers fee/cut, it feels a bit unnecessary.

It was a smooth transaction all the way around. The search to find the right person who met my needs was relatively easy. The meet and greet was pleasant but not enough contact to go over everything. My sitter seemed very able and confident. I would have liked a few more updates.

Searching for a person to care for my dogs was super easy and we found someone great. Rover allows for quick and easy communication with your pet sitter which is comforting to a nervous pet mom. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to update my in case of emergency person on my profile. Online instruction didn't apply to what I saw on the app and that was really frustrating.

I love the sitters!! I do not like the prepay that rover requires. And now they are adding service fees and extras for pick up outside a window of time. It’s frustrating.

I was very satisfied to the staff that took care of my pet. She performed the job that I was expecting. She is one among the staff that I will surely book again.
