We had to use Rover beginning of 2024 and were hesitant BUT the lady that came was AWESOME! She was hired for an 8-day overnight trip we planned…and we were not disappointed! As far as the Rover app, it didn’t let me see the same search results as Rover.com. I thought booking was easy, and felt comforted by the insurance they carry in an emergency for your pet. It’s easy to modify your stays and details. Paying online is easy with a credit card. You can chat back and forth with your hired sitter and she sends me pics and updates each day…we are more than happy with our sitter/Rover and have used her 5-6 times since!

Sierra was great with my dogs. When you come home and the dogs are happy then you know it was a great experience for them. I will use her again I am sure!!!!

Rover is great for finding a trusted sitter when I am travelling ( used them 3 times in France & once in UK). The search function with map is great. Easy to make secure contact with sitters through the app. Payment is held by Rover until after the stay is reviewed. Sitters have all sent frequent photos & updates during the stay. Highly recommend

I was able to fully communicate my expectations and my dogs needs and heard from my chosen caretaker immediately and regularly before and during their care. I especially liked that I was able to review and give information about my caregiver in addition to them reviewing both me and my dogs. Full transparency makes it easier for the process to work!

It’s been many years that we booked our dog walker with Rover now. We always had a good experience with our dog walker. Rover is always there to take care of their customers and they respond quickly. Thank you for making sure our pets are in good hands.
