Overall the service was very good. The dog sitter I ended up with was excellant. Very helpful and caring. I was very concerned about taking my two labradors somewhere they had not been before, but the lady concerned obviously made them at home quickly. My only concern was with Rover, in that about half the sitters I tried to book didn't bother even to reply to my enquiry.

Tre is a good pet sitter. He learns more about working with us each time he stays with our animals and he loves them! Each person’s expectations are different so a good pet sitter listens and learns based on each experience. He is willing to come for a meet and greet with pets, follows instructions, feeds and exercises them on schedule & sends a short report at the end of the day.

Should provide discount for over a week long boarding! Rover is taking too much margin from customers and pet sitters.

I used Rover in the UK last month and I am happy with it. The cat-sitting process was good and the app works well. The only thing I will suggest is that cat/dog sitters should be DBS checked as we are giving them our house keys.

I feel very confident and safe hiring a pet sitter from Rover. I think it is a great app and great service for pet owners! The only aspect of Rover that I did not like was the confusion I felt regarding how the pay scale works for the pet sitter, because the price I thought I was going to pay ended up being double. I still recommend Rover as a great resource for help when you need someone to care for your pets, however I wish their payment procedures were more clear and the full break down of the cost was presented with clarity before the moment when you have decided that you would like to accept the pet sitter who you have just met.

The dog sitters we have used have been brilliant. But it is not always easy to find a replacement if a sitter cancels.

I like most of your services, but I had a difficult time finding a phone number when I was locked out of my original accoung (an email issue) and needed to move everything to a new email address. I was finally able to my dogs care as I have been very pleased with your care givers.get to someone at your emergency number which should have been left open in case someone had an emergency.
