While away from home on vacation, there are places you cannot take your fur baby. We needed a sitter so I googled for apps for dog sitting. I chose Rover because of the reviews and also because has 24/7 support team in case something goes wrong. I really liked the fact that I could do a meet and greet video chat with the sitter I was going to hire. It definitely made me feel more comfortable hiring someone I didn’t know. In the future, I will definitely be using Rover for my pet sitting at home and on vacation.

I like how easy it is to communicate. The one thing I don’t like is the added fees. I like how personable it is and it’s easy to see what people charge and who is in your area. I find it is better than having your dog in a kennel facility but I don’t like the added fees and wish you paid after the stay or could adjust the price after the stay. What if you have a bad experience with someone or didn’t meet your expectations? All they have is where you can leave a review and a tip and the person can see who left the review

The amount of caring displayed by the couple watching my pup!

Our sitter, Avi, was great! She worked with us to meet our cats ahead of our trip; and sent photos of each cat daily so we knew how they were doing. It was obvious she was good with animals as even our most "aloof" cat warmed up to her. She even took care of giving insulin shots to the cat that needed them. Using Rover is like having a trusted neighbor watch your pets! We could relax and enjoy our vacation.

it is easy to communicate with the sitter thru the app. The reminders are helpful. I enjoyed the photos from each visit. My cats were comfortable with Kristen.

The peace of mind that reserving a rover pet sitter gives is worth it. Thanks

Easy to use app to arrange for pet care. The sitters we have used have all been good to great. It's nice to have this option so we aren't totally Reliant on the availability of neighbor kids who sometimes lack attention to detail. The sitters we have encountered through Rover have all been professional, many of them college students pursuing careers in animal-related fields, so they are motivated to perform. Communication through the app is very easy and the transparency of reviews and profiles makes it easy for pet owners and care providers to find suitable matches.

You saved me. I was looking for someone to take care of my cats during our vacation and I found you. Thank you so much.
