Brittany took excellent care of our dog when she had him out for his walks. We are so very thankful for this service.

Our last couple of dogsitters were terrific... more suitable and caring than we had expected. Great knowing we can source these folks via ROVER. Our only issue with Rover is that some of the prompts can be convoluted... we find it often involves tedious, multiple steps to continue our dialogue with prospective (& previous) dogsitters. Once we've established a rapport with a sitter, it would be nice to simply land on Rover and have our 'Dogsitter History' appear as an option, allowing us to go directly to the specific person(s) and resume dialogue, inquire re- their future availability, etc. Would save much time hunting the sitter down again... we often have to go into the general profiles, scroll-scroll-scroll until we find them again. We're sure this is something you could easily revise on the site... Yes? Otherwise, thanks for creating andf maintaining an invaluable service... our Terrier, Sophie, now has a 'pack' of new friend-hosts! Happy Holidays, Cathy & Adam

Great resource for pet care. I’d like to be able to speak personally with prospective dog sitters/ walkers before having to schedule a meet and greet tho.

The caregivers we got through Rover were amazing the Rover app is a little over the top as I received at least 20 text and emails from the app. All I was interested in was the communication that I got from my caregivers which was excellent.

Our Pet Sitter for our animals definitely qualifies for her 5 star rating. Service provided by Rover.com has been very good. Recommendation for improvement: on tipping of Pet Sitter staff I would prefer using the 'Other' option so I can choose specific amount I want to give our Pet Sitter. However, this choice still limits my tip as I'm not able to give more than 35%. What I chose to tip should be my option and not dictated by your company.
