It was great having a trustworthy person watch our doc so we can enjoy our vacation

Rover’s service has allowed me the choice to bring my pup with me while traveling, and also keep her safe when I need to be away. My sitter was professional, compassionate, punctual, kept in good communication before, during, and after her stay, and sent me photos of my pup looking relaxed and happy. Highly recommend this service.

The sitter that watched our 6 month old puppy was absolutely the best. She gave updates immediately sending pictures & videos. It was our first time leaving her with someone. We are so glad that we went with Edrina & not a kennel place (they can be great as well) because our Zoey needs to be around people.

The sign up and scheduling process was easy. For our area there were a lot of well reviewed dog walkers. I liked that it had the walker’s location, I’d prefer someone who lived close (just makes it seem more like a neighbor doing it). The Rover text communication protocol is good, you know when the walker is there and when they depart. We were very happy with the person we used. Will definitely use again.

Reliability of the service provided. It gave us peace of mind so that we could relax on our vacation.

The booking process was easy. I felt more secure using the app for all communication and payment. But most of all my sitter was welcoming and really seemed to care about my dog.

We had just moved to town and needed someone to watch our dog on short notice and couldn’t find a kennel. Rover was easy to use and Lina took excellent care of our dog. I will definitely use Rover again!
