Owners cannot cancel or edit repeat…
Owners cannot cancel or edit repeat bookings only the pet sitter can and you don’t get your money back right away, you have to wait until the end of the booking date.

I loved Tyler
I loved Tyler. She got along so well with my Hero. She was punctual and if she was going to be a few minutes late she let me know. Hero loved her and looked forward to his walks. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I’ve used rover a couple times the…
I’ve used rover a couple times the sitters were amazing!! My issue is with who actually works for rover. We had our credit card number stolen and I know it was rover because they used the card at chewy.com!! We’ve never been to chewy.com!! Someone from rover stole our number and actually used it at an animal site!! It happened a week after we used rover with our credit card!! They’re not even sly about it!! And it was used at chewy.com…

It was very unsettling to leave my…
It was very unsettling to leave my animal with somewhat of a complete stranger. But all in all the service was pretty good except you have to drop off and make plans to pick up your animals as well as bring their food 🥘 and toys. I think the pricing is also over rated .

I was charged twice for the booking and don't know how to get the additional charge reversed. Arranging and paying was a bit of a confusing process.

If the app was user friendly
If the app was user friendly, you would get 5 stars, but the app never proved to provide the info needed between dog owner and boarder. My experience with the boarder was awesome, but we had to resort to contacting by text because the app would not work as planned. Fix the bugs in your app and update it for better communication between parties.
