Easy to navigate and dog sitter is fabulous

It was easy to sign-up and coordinate for a sitter. The sitter was trustworthy and well-vetted, which is most important for me. For an improvement, you should take a look at your search function. I put in the zip code where I was staying, but the search function kept recommending sitters who were quite a distance from my hotel. I had to use the map to identify and contact potential sitters close to where I was staying. A few sitters declined my request because it was too far for them to travel.

Easy to schedule

Wonderful experience. Really loved my pet sitter. She was friendly, kind, compassionate and loved my cat! Took very good care of my cat and went above and beyond to help my cat and me! First time using a service like this and am very pleased. I will hire her again!

It was very good, Emma was great. For my first time using Rover, and meeting Emma I felt comfortable and she walked me thru process. Also listen to my instructions. It was a positive experience.

It was a very helpful app; I personally had a great experience. I looked at the sitter profiles, read the reviews; My cat is very shy and I never got worried because every day I got updates after each visit with notes and pictures, I'm so happy to be able to travel without being worry.

Although I had scheduled one pet sitter a few weeks in advance due to holiday week. That sitter canceled 3 days before my trip. In a panic, I did find another pet sitter and she was great, better than the first sitter.
