Contracted with Victoria thru Rover. Victoria responded quickly and was able to watch my dogs the days needed. Victoria let me know what to expect, since I have never used a dog sitter before. Victoria responded to all my inquiries within 1/2 hour each time. After meeting Victoria the day I dropped them off I felt like this would work out. Victoria sent me pictures while I was away and from that I was only worried that the boys would probably be sad to see me. This ended up being true. They had a fantastic time and were welled cared for and probably were wishing I would be gone longer. The amount of attention they got in my absence made it difficult for me to get Al to realize coming home his days of pampering were over. I now know whenever the need arises I have a fantastic place to take them and I know they'll be happy to go to also.

Rover's website was easy to use and represented many pet sitters to select from. The meet and greet process gave us a chance to meet the sitter before committing. The pet sitter we selected was outstanding. I truly appreciated the daily pictures and communications from our pet sitter. I knew our dog was being well taken care which was a relief since this was the first time we left him with someone we didn't know personally. When we returned home our house was clean and neat and our dog was very happy. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience.

The Rover platform was easy to navigate and provided many options for sitters and locations. The verification the sitters obtain made me feel more secure about the well being of my pet being cared for by a stranger. Payment was also easy and secure.

Their site is easy and very comprehensive to navigate where it meets our needs of the services we’re after, in this case being anything from a small one day drop-in visit all the way up to dedicated training. We liked how profiles are listed making it easy to match for ones needs. Great follows ups while using the service and no hidden fees or unnecessary subscriptions or items being sold. It seems just transparent and useful.

I absolutely love this app! It's incredibly easy to use, from booking a sitter to communicating and tracking updates. The sittings available are truly wonderful—reliable, caring, and clearly experienced with cats. I felt completely at ease leaving my pets in their hands. One of the things I appreciate most is the transparency: you get detailed profiles, clear pricing, and constant updates during the sitting. It gave me so much peace of mind.
