Excellent sitter & great commication

Ultimate personal pet care. Highly recommend using Rover over any kennel. Our two sitters were exceptional. We feel that they gave our pet the same care as we could.

Convenient scheduling. Lotsa love and care for fur babies. Rover sitters consider when fur babies are afraid of fireworks and such sounds. Fur parents are always kept informed with texts and pictures.

The app is great and simple to use. I booked drop in visits for my cats and was very satisfied with the service provided and the Rover platform, especially the daily rover cards that I recieved and the communication with the cat sitter.

We found a very capable pet sitter through Rover. Our cat was happy and was pleased to see us upon our return.

April and Austin communicated with me the entire week that my dog was there. I was secure in leaving Nala with them and could relax on my vacation.

Rover has a clear & concise website that explains their policies which are in place to protect the Customer and, most importantly, our Pets. I like how Rover allows potential Customers to peruse Pet Carers' profiles with both a photo of the Carer and a self description of themselves and their qualifications so you can choose someone who will fit with your Family 's needs. I chose a college student as they ALL need extra money and, because I really liked what she had to say in her profile. The Carer I chose did an AWESOME job caring for my kitty whom does not do well on the rare times I travel leaving her at home. I REALLY appreciate how Rover has the Carer's send a photo of your pet each visit - that helped to ease my anxiety at leaving her. It's different leaving a pet at home when traveling as opposed to a child ir elderly parent. The human family members you can explain your absence to, our furry family members you can't. So, it's more of a guilt trip - at least for me. Rover's professional and kind Carer elieviated those feelings - A LOT. I definitely recommend Rover for at home Pet Care!!!
