My experiences with Rover have been great! I believe that is due to the great sitters I’ve had. Also, finding sitters, navigating Rover’s website, etc is not difficult. A couple things that I wish were easier. Clients can’t search for sitters by their name. If someone recommends a sitter to you, you can’t search for them by name. Also, if you book a sitter a few months in advance, you have to pay immediately, or the booking is cancelled. I like to pay closer to the booking to ensure there hasn’t been changes. Once the booking is cancelled, the sitter’s calendar looks available, even though they have already committed to a client. Then the process starts again, the client has to rebook, the sitter has to accept, etc. It would just be easier if there was a button that you could click that said pay by this due date to secure reservation, while holding the reservation until then.

I've been on Rover for 8 years now, and I would highly recommend it's services. My experience to date has been excellent. I've encountered many kind, caring and trustworthy dog walkers and sitters. Most recently, my dog was watched by Liz. Liz is gentle soul who understands dogs. From the first greet and meet, Liz connected with my dog instantly. Thank you Liz and Rover.

Rover is easy to use, and it's nice that they do not require a credit card simply to be introduced to a potential petsitter. The real reason for the 5-star review was petsitter Kim W. of Arizona. Rover made it so easy to find a great boarder for my pet! The app was user-friendly, and I had no trouble searching for services or making payments. I was connected with a wonderful caregiver who treated my pet like family. Highly recommend Rover for anyone looking for trustworthy pet care!
