The app is not immediately intuitive but after a couple of bookings I can find my way round and now use it regularly.

Per ora mi sono solo iscritta, trovo abbastanza macchinosa tutta la procedura per diventare pet sitter, in tutti i campi bisogna scrivere qualcosa e c’è sempre il minimo di parole, numeri di telefono alternativi obbligatori, insomma… Io capisco che ci sia bisogno di dare garanzie ma in certi campi come “descrivi i tuoi animali che si trovano in casa” se non ne ho, è davvero necessario che lo dica con 25 parole? Il numero di telefono “alternativo” ed obbligatorio è un po’ limitante, sono fuori sede (moooolto lontana) non ho “vicini di casa amici”, le mie coinquiline sono straniere e quasi sempre fuori casa per lavoro, la mia candidatura sarebbe stata rifiutata per questo dettaglio e sarebbe stata una cosa davvero triste… Per di più dopo tutto il tempo impiegato per completare tutti i campi che sembravano non finire più 😅. Insomma, spero questa recensione non venga presa male ma come sentito consiglio, anche perché ho visto nella città in cui mi trovo oltre a me ci sono solo altri 3 sitter e probabilmente uno dei vari motivi è anche la lunghezza del processo.

Ease of use to manage and navigate the website at the time of booking and it’s reassuring to receive regular updates inc photos throughout the stay. Also to receive the alerts that a message has been sent / received is also very helpful. I was very happy with the dog sitter I booked through the site.

This is a great idea and it worked out really well for us, I was very happy with our pet sitter and we were gone 16 days. I do have a little trouble navigating the website but that is probably just me

Rover would benefit by having a system where providers are rated based on their response time to any inquiry or request for service. I recently reached out to several providers and got no response at all.

The service is great. However I have a young cat who is going to cost three times more to be fed than are the two older cats. I don't understand that. Otherwise, so far, the dog walker we hired was awesome!

Everything works well, efficient, the only thing I don’t appreciate is you have to pay immediately with making a reservation, even if it’s half a year ahead, while the caretaker only gets his money when the dog gets there.
