Rover. com was easy to use. Great quick communication. An all round pleasant experience.

Easy to use!

We recently went on vacation for a week without our 3-year-old cockapoo and left her home for the first time ever. Our nerves were immediately calmed when we met Sarah through Rover - from the first time Sarah met our dog Stormi, they got along very well. Sarah took great notes as we explained all of Stormi's quirks, nicknames, toys, and her usual schedule. While we were away, Sarah took great care of our home and provided text and photo updates along the way to keep us posted. Stormi tends to be a little anxious and shy at first, but she opened right up to Sarah and they clearly became buddies with Stormi showing her all around the neighborhood. Sarah also got Stormi to eat her food from the bowl, not the floor, which is a feat in itself. Before, during, and after our vacation, Sarah remained professional, responsible, and very attentive to Stormi and her needs. We highly recommend Sarah and Rover and will definitely have her back!

It was simple to book and my cat sitter kept me up to date with daily messages and videos.

The easy setup

Easy to find a sitter, book it, communicate with the sitter, including pics and videos, allergies, specific care needs... it was a flawless experience.

Easy and fat service booking with Rover on their website!

I trusted using Rover for the first time. I did a meet and greet with my dog to several dog sitters before choosing one. I feel so happy and confident with the dog sitter I chose. I have a son and friend that have also used Rover to find a dog sitter in their area. They were also extremely happy. One more thing that makes me feel reassured is that Rover does background checks on their sitters and also has insurance. I highly recommend Rover !
