Great place to find pet care
I have been using Rover for several years to find care for my dogs, and overall I am very happy with it. I have found several people who are reliable and trustworthy. The app is easy to use and refunds for change of plans are easy and painless. The only complaint I have is that many of the listings are for inactive or unavailable people, and you don’t know that until either they respond back or you never hear from them. This makes it difficult to plan for things.

I easily found someone to help with my…
I easily found someone to help with my pets. But the signup process was complicated because there was some issue with my credit card not processing. I had to delete and start over.

App was easy to use and helpful
App was easy to use and helpful. But the messaging does not show up right away and can take up to 30 min to get to me which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5.
