It was easy to set up my dog's reservation and talk to our dog sitter during our vacation. Payment was a breeze. Definitely would recommend the service.

I love that Rover does background checks on all sitters. The choice of sitters that have been checked is wonderful, it allows the pet parents to do as many or little of meet and greets as they wish to find the perfect sitter.

We have used Rover a number of times and always a positive experience. The folks who do this work have a special love for all our animal companions. They understand that we love them and want only the best when we are away.

Trustworthy pet sitters. It is of course important to rely on a great pet sitter. My first pick for this particular occasion was not trustworthy but after my second pick and a meet and greet I was relieved that Rover had a perfect fit that met my needs. Meet and greet is an important component!

I always appreciate when people do what they say and our sitter from Rover (Candace) did. She was exceptional and the communication was better than expected.

Our dogs took to Amanda immediately and made us feel comfortable leaving them. She kept us updated with photos which was great!
