We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Ruby! She took such wonderful care of our sweet Max while we were out of town. From the start, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly easy to communicate with. She kept us updated with photos and videos of Max’s little adventures, which made us feel so at ease. When Ruby learned that Max has epilepsy, she didn’t hesitate or back down—she handled everything with such calm confidence and care. It was clear she truly loved spending time with him, and he was so happy and relaxed in her care. After choosing a sitter for our Big Boxer Boy Bandit and submitting a request for a house sitter, we were contacted quickly and able both setup a meet-n -greet with our choosen house sitter, Cairin W., and confirm our chosen date and times. Using Rover has been a great experience. The app is easy to navigate. Booking was very easy. We received frequent updates prior to our scheduled time. The communication with our pet sitter was awesome. She answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. She kept in touch with us throughout her stay. My pet was VERY well taken care of. I will definitely use Rover in the future.
