My pets were happy and well cared for when I picked them up. I appreciated the pictures they sent me.

The app is easy to navigate and I’ve found great sitters. I appreciate the service price break down before reaching out to a new person. I live alone so it’s important for me to feel safe to invite a new sitter to come over, much less give them a spare key and leave them alone with my precious furbabies! I love the Rover card and getting updates while on travel.

It was easy to schedule and the dog care specialist was kind and cared for our dogs. Our dogs were at ease since they could stay in their own home.

We appreciate the support provided by Rover. Dog sitters are vetted with background checks, etc. The Rover app is helpful with dog sitters profiles and our pet profiles to make the perfect match for a sitter! We have used Rover to help with disputes where emergencies happen. We trust in Rover for quality pet care.
