Change schedule
Everything seemed very good to me, the only thing I would like you to improve is the process to change the schedule. It is very complicated in my opinion.

Descriptions of providers was good. I had some questions around availability and when and how to book but it was my first time.

Very happy with the service!
The app was easy to use and the quality of sitters was wonderful. It’s comforting to know that sitters are checked and that insurance cover is in place!

Just a couple of questionable sitters…
Just a couple of questionable sitters that alarmed me other wise it would have been 5 star for customer service and quality of people.

Awesome, but felt a little scammed on the cost.
Everything was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was my cost was WAY more than I expected, but I was way too far along in the process to change my mind. It would be nicer if that costs were very clear up front.

New to Rover.com
I am a first time user of Rover.com so I relied on the reviews of Others when I picked the people to watch my new dog. Reviews, price, and location of the doggie daycare people were all a factor in my choice. Rover.com made it very easy to pick a good sitter, so I really lucked out & ended up with a good, trustworthy and experienced family of dog lovers.
