Rover uploaded all of my text messages from all numbers to their app. How creepy. They would send me notices that I did not have an appointment and then double book me after I booked it again. They would send messages to my Rover sitter that I was requesting appointments that I did not request. Then the sitter was booking me and so I was being billed for all these appointments that I didn't make. Would Rover refund me? Oh no. I did file complaints with the FTC and the doj

J'ai eu à faire avant la réservation à un "gougnafier" "Adrien Charles L." qui l'a pris de haut et s'est réfugié derrière le fait qu'il est impossible de lui donner une appréciation sans avoir commandé!!! Alors pour moi c'est fini le site ROVER tant qu'il ne choisiront pas mieux les personnes avec qui ils travaillent!!! J'ai trouvé un pet sitter très bien a côté de chez moi et qui m'a pas pris la tête comme ce type!!! et nettement moins cher!!! Heureux de ne pas lui avoir donné la garde de mon chien!!! Il l'aurait rendu "Idiot"...

Providers are flaky and sketchy. Customer service is not super helpful.

Je mets 1 étoile parce qu’on ne peut pas mettre 0. Mon premier compte a été supprimé simplement parce qu’un client voulait passer en dehors de Rover — ce qui n’était même pas mon initiative. J’ai ensuite recréé un compte et payé 12 € pour m’inscrire, et on m’annonce maintenant que celui-ci va être fermé aussi. Franchement, c’est abusé. Quelques points à savoir avant de vous inscrire : • Rover prend des frais énormes sur chaque réservation. • L’argent que vous gagnez doit être déclaré aux impôts, alors que beaucoup font ça juste pour arrondir leurs fins de mois. • Vous ne pouvez pas donner votre numéro de téléphone ni parler librement avec les clients : tout est bloqué pour que ça passe par la plateforme. • Et au final, ils ferment les comptes sans prévenir, même après avoir encaissé des frais. Trop de contraintes, trop de frais, et une gestion franchement injuste. À éviter si vous cherchez juste un petit complément de revenu sans prise de tête.

I used a sitter name Learick Lott I used her for boarding my pup Khloe. My dog went there with a healthy weight . My sister picked her and she looked like a oversize rat. I would never recommend her to watch anyone's pet. She didn't have the proper cleaning products nor did she give her enough exercise . She went out and got 2 kittens and didn't watch her until she got sick from eating kitty poop.

Super Bad! I booked a pet sitter 10 days in advance. The pet sitter was unresponsive after multiple attempts. I called the customer service. They said they are going to find someone else. They sent a bunch of requests to random people, none of them responded. I asked whats the resolution, cuz I had to catch a flight. They said at the last hour, “Find a friend or relative who can look after your pet”. Awesome, so whats the point of your company. If i had my friends and family or neighbours, why would i book it with you.
