I like the concept however your app has problems.

Easy to use, BUT frustrating in 2 ways…One, I can’t request drop in visits that aren’t on consecutive days. And I can’t give a tip that’s more than 30%. As a sitter myself, I think that’s crazy. If someone goes above & beyond, I feel they should have an opportunity to be rewarded with a bigger than average tip.

I am really glad I found Rover, out of all the services I have used to book pet sitters, this is the one that has worked best. All the features I need for a smooth booking of a pet sitter are there plus it adds security that the booking is done via a service. My only complaint is that the app could be more user friendly and that I repeatedly get reminders to provide info that is already there.

Had lots of borders to choose from and like they give distance from my home and had reviews from past customers to read and help me decide better what worked for me and my pet

Selena took good care of our cat(s) while we were out of town for the Palm Sunday weekend, attending the baptism of our great granddaughter. She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up a 'mess' they made by spilling a container of treats on the porch. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a "drop in" sitter.

Dog walkers are really pretty good. A little cumbersome to work the internet asking and andwering messages part
