I had issues when trying to leave a tip that was outside the preset amounts.

Lo he usado con dos perros. Es una app sencilla y ofrece bastante información y ubicación sobre los cuidadores, además de tener una red amplia. El precio de comisión me parece alto y es por ese motivo por el que no otorgo la quinta estrella.

The platform and services worked well. The workflows with reservations seem to be happy path only and had to contact customer support for a failed reservation. The absolute number of pointless marketing emails the site generates is annoying. 3-4 emails a day is just too much

Laure was wonderful. My only complaint is that Rover charges another 60% for my second pups and the pet sitter is basically doing the same work.paying $29 plus fees for two little dogs for a 1/2 hour walk is overpriced. And then the customer is also pressured to give a tip.

I got recommended by another user. I used it once and it was easy and my dog sitter was very trustworthy with good communication skills. She was able to provide every single thing that she did with my dog and followed all the rules that I asked. The only concern was that I got the referral from my friend that recommended me and it didn’t work/ her link didn’t take me to use the $20 even though it was my first time signing up. I wish they give out promo code for the referrals. But over all I’m satisfied with this system and I’m definitely asking the dog sitter again!
