My sitter was unresponsive and only…
My sitter was unresponsive and only sent me 5 videos with updates for a 13 day stay. Only after me asking daily. In one of the updates it was mentioned my dog had not been eating. And it was also mentioned that she was not walked but that she was in the garage several times a day. The weather during this time was very cold. When I picked her up the sitter made it difficult and was unresponsive. Finally someone else gave me my dog. She was very skinny, skeletal. I’m very disappointed at the lack of communication. I also contacted Rover the day of pickup and voiced my concerns but no help was offered or given. I was told that they would call and email me and I did not hear back from them until I posted my review. I would be careful using Rover. The sitter I used had good reviews. I have a feeling that my dog was kept in the garage. Very disappointed pet owner!
