My first experience with Rover was very positive. Very responsive. Our "sitter" was very pleasant and competent. The options are comprehensive. The website is a bit confusing but I am not a computer geek at all! I will figure it out eventually! It would be great to have an evaluation for the pet owner. "What information is helpful for you in advance?" "What could I do to make your experience easier?" "Are there common pitfalls that can be avoided?", etc. Looking forward to using Rover again.

Easy to find the right petsitter

I wanted to visit family out of state but didn't know what to do with my two cats. Rover gave me piece of mind that all the pet sitters were carefully vetted, and I could look at each of their profiles on Rover. My pet sitter was wonderful. She sent pictures every couple of days with a progress report of how they were doing. At first my cats were quite nervous, but with each passing day they were more comfortable with their surroundings. By mid-week they were exploring her rooms confidently with tails up in the air. I knew they had adjusted well. I would recommend Rover to anyone that is looking for a home away from home for their fur babies.
