Very good sitters
Very good sitters. The app does not allow for additional cash exchange, which forces people off platform. Messaging should be easier

Rover makes it easy to find excellent pet-sitters
Rover makes it easy to find and book sitters. Everyone we've used has been wonderful with our cats, and so I'm assuming they've been vetted well. The only reason I've taken off one star is that there is no option for booking multiple NON-consecutive days at one time; each day needs to be a separate booking. If you would fix that, it would make things easier for your users.

Rover is great!
I've had a great experience with Rover overall. The only thing I don't like is that, in my opinion, the app needs to be more user friendly. It's a little frustrating to use .

Not every Rover sitter should be caring…
Not every Rover sitter should be caring for your pet. House may be too small, too many pets at same time, no backyard for fresh air or not being able to walk your pet.

My first time using Rover..the Sitters were awesome
My first time using Rover..the Sitters were amazing!! I only had difficulty with the Rover app when I was booking a sitter in Dublin and one in NY by JFK. The app would not allow me to switch locations. I contacted customer service I didn't really get a straight forward response but eventually it worked. I was already stressed about leaving my dogs, one in each location, while I flew back and forth Dublin and JFK..back to back to get them back to America. Otherwise no complaints and again wonderful sitters!!!!!

Overall Rover is a good
Overall Rover is a good place find a pet sitter. But navigating their website requires a PhD in shitty websites.

Good experience but the app is clunky
The app is rather clunky, but importantly, I've had a great experience with the sitters. The reviews are reliable and the sitters are too. That said, using the app can be a challenge, it's tough to adjust bookings! The developers need to make it more user friendly.
