I’m Happy there is a site like Rover…
I’m Happy there is a site like Rover but what a pain . I must have gotten 9 emails . I was sick , I needed a walker . I found the site impossible to use !! Im Happy to pay Rover and the walker , bit one text becomes one email. It said $16 a walk , I was charge $39 . The walker will make it up to me but that’s not the point. Super difficult to leave a 5 star review for my walker . Make the site user friendly !!

The reason for my rating is because of your website it is very difficult to navigate. After finding someone i wanted to take care of my dogs I could not sign back in to confirm the person. It's just a mess not user friendly at all. Terrible system!

Your application really blows.
Your application really blows. To enter profile data took me three times. To order a basic sitter appointment was impossible Our sitter was great 5 stars

The app is awful - fix it
The sitter was great. The issue is and has been for the past several years - the app. The app is horrible and has the worst user interface and experience. I strongly encourage you to put some work behind the app. It is the ONLY reason I dislike having to go to Rover. The people are great, but the experience of booking or changing a booking and everything is torturous.

Not a good fit..Sitter not experienced.
Not a good fit! Angelique (sitter) did not follow instructions as to feeding and did not allow me to tour where my dog would be kept. The sitter called me at midnight the night before my trip asking if I had a kennel then proceeded to tell me she had hurt her foot and wasn't sure if she could sit. I got the impression that something better came up and she wanted to cancel with me, because when I did drop off my dog there was nothing wrong with her, she was walking around fine. I let her know I had already paid and could not find anyone in the hours before my trip. I sent a bag with food dry/wet, treats and toys. When I picked up my dog, none of the things were opened and used. Also had a difficult time picking up my dog, sitter called/text me when I was picking my dog up, I had just arrived and was a port. I went straight to her house and she wasn't there, had to make two trips. Too much stress/drama in the part of sitter and she appears not to have much experience in handling animals.

Manque de transparence
Première expérience avec Rover et je suis mitigé. J’ai récupéré mon chien en forme mais je m’interroge sur le fait qu’il été le seul en garde, ce à quoi il s’était engagé. Il y a en effet plusieurs nouveaux commentaires correspondant à la période de garde de mon chien et son lit était recouvert de poils noirs alors que mon chien est beige. Impossible à vérifier… Il y a un manque de transparence du site. Rover ne vérifie pas les réservations simultanées et j’ai l’impression de c’est devenu un vrai business pour certains pet-sitters.

The platform is great for connecting… but the fees are steep for sitters
The platform is great for connecting people together, but on the sitters side the fees and costs are getting a bit much. 40% is the cut Rover takes and on top of that the costs for insurance & certifications plus wear and tear on your stuff it is becoming tough to stay competitive.

There is no easy option for seeking…
There is no easy option for seeking care for a pet while staying at a hotel. I would have thought that this would be a common use since pets can’t be left alone.
