Rover service fees are exorbitant
Rover service fees are exorbitant. This can encourage folks to connect on Rover but execute transactions outside of Rover. Consider lowering fees.

Helpful locating dog sitter - too much marketing.
Rover helped us locate Christina and facilitated the introduction. We liked that service very much. However, they followed up with too much marketing after that.

Dog sitters are easy to find, but difficult to reserve.
Dog sitters are easy to find, some are affordable some are not. I had trouble getting a dog sitter to commit to the reservation. I had 3 dog sitters say they were available then they canceled on me.
