It was great to be able to find a pet-sitter in the area with experience and great reviews. I was able to contact someone who was available during the time I needed a pet-sitter. It was good to be able to leave comprehensive information about my pets. The fees were rather expensive however. Even though we had notified the pet sitter that we might return early, and communicated promptly even our plans were changed, we were only able to get a partial refund of the extra days we did not need.

It was easy to sign up and find a local sitter. Payment through Rover was easy and convienent. Communication with the pet sitter was easy and convienent.

Great communication, quick responses. Pre meet with sitter was great and payment conditions good.

Very happy to have the pet-sitting service (and pet sitters) available. Some trouble navigating and editing. But, it all worked out with the help of the pet sitter.

I loved being able to find a trustworthy dog walker who is working out so well. But I wish the payment aspect of “Rover” was smoother.

I find this site helpful. I have found good sitter's for my dog through here. My only complaint is that my card is charged for full as soon as I reserve. I would prefer a deposit and to pay in full when services are rendered.

Some challenges with modifying or cancelling appointments... A little glitchy in the app. But overall the service was wonderful

It's sort of early to tell after two walks but so far so good. Hopefully it will continue
