Julianna was absolutely fantastic with our cat JJ over the Thanksgiving holiday! She came by twice a day to feed him, clean his litter box, and—most impressively—win over his very suspicious little heart. JJ normally treats new humans like they’re auditioning for a horror movie, but Julianna must speak fluent Cat because he warmed up to her fast. Before long, he was coming out to say hello instead of performing his usual hide-and-seek routine. We couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. If your pet needs someone who’s reliable, friendly, and apparently part–cat whisperer, Julianna is your person!

I like Rover for a number of reasons. First the app is easy to navigate and allowed me to locate a dog sitter in my immediate location with the price I could afford. I also learned about the details of the sitter. For example I learned she had a fenced in yard, she was a stay at home sitter and that there were no small children in the home…all things that were important to us. I liked that I could read reviews about each sitter and also see how many satisfied clients she had. Also I liked how reviews were handled privately. We could review the sitter without her seeing it and she could review us as customers. Good accountability. Complete charges for the service were listed before we had officially made our final decision. And I liked the communication between sitter and clients so questions and drop off times or pick up times could be confirmed. We were surprisingly happy with our experience. Thank you Rover for a most valuable service you provide to pets and pet parents.

Jennifer watched my dog for two weeks while I was out of the country. I’ve used her before and she is amazing. She took good care of my fur baby and made her feel like she was part of her family.

Your website was relatively easy to learn to use.. allowing us to post pictures of our beloved pets was fun and interesting! There were a great number of pet providers to select from. And the sitters I selected delivered awesome service!
