Absolutely insufferable advertising, I turn off the TV whenever they come on. Please fire your entire advertising team, I've never seen a rover ad that wasn't mind-numbingly stupid.

If I can give zero Stars I would the person that was supposed to pet sit for me backed out at literally the last second and ruined my son's birthday they need to verify that the people that they have on here are actually legit complete wasting my time I will never use this app ever again

I had a sitter not show up and my dogs pissed and shit everywhere. I contacted Rover and they haven’t done anything.

I am very disappointed with this company, I have been providing my service to Rover for over 3 years, having 78 positive reviews, 5 stars, 19 repeat owners, first they removed my Star sitter status and then they applied a “Has low follow through rate” to my profile, preventing new pet owners to have visibility of my profile, leading to not being able to receive any new requests after years of proving an excellent service. I have requested this filter to be removed and reached out via chat, email, formal complaint and they are only providing automated responses and not helping at all. It is so frustrating to deal with them, they use you to make profit and when your profile but whatever reason is not longer suitable for them, they apply this filter so your profile is not longer active on the app. Also, customer service is slow and they are never willing to resolve anything!!

Awful. Pet sitter cancelled last minute. Had to cancel my trip. Unreliable people on that app. Don’t use!

I’m very disappointed with Rover’s customer service and support system. My profile was marked with a “Low Follow Through Rate” without any clear explanation or evidence provided to me. I’ve contacted support multiple times, tried to escalate the issue to the leadership team, and it has now been almost two months without a resolution. This designation is negatively affecting my visibility in search results and, as a result, I’m losing potential bookings and income. I also believe there may be issues with how Rover’s system handles customer inquiries. If a customer reaches out but doesn’t respond afterward, it seems the sitter may still be penalized for “low follow through,” even when the sitter has done everything required. I’m simply asking Rover for transparency, a fair review of my account, and correction of any inaccurate information. Sitters rely on this platform for their business, and an unexplained system flag can have a significant financial impact. I hope Rover takes this issue seriously and provides a fair resolution.

Do not user rover , I have contacted them since June and no offer of help or compensation for a sitting I did that destroyed my house and my health and pregnancy. They are not to be trusted and should be shut down. I have called you and emailed and no reply, my patience is wearing thin

Your platform send someone else a request I had for one sitter when I didn't request this. It charged me twice for my recent sitter and cancelled a request after I modified it.
